csc121 Intro Computing and Web (no prerequisites) On-line. Required for the IT major.

csc123 Simulation and Modeling (no prerequisites) On-line. Gen Ed in Natural Science (5NST).

Fall 2013 special offerings:

csc152 Computer Security and Society (no prerequisites)
A new course. Required for the new Security Minor. Offered once a year.

csc285 Microsoft Windows Server Certification (no prerequisites)
Prepares for the certification exam but does not include the exam.

csc313 Computer Language: Java Script, 1 cr. (prerequisite: csc221 Progamming)

csc321 Analysis and Design of Algorithms (prerequiste: csc223 Data Structures)
This course is a prerequiste for a new csc442 Data Mining tentatively planned to be offered in Spring 2014.

csc485 Machine Learning for Good by Dr. Steven Crain, the new Assistant Professor in Computer Science.
Fundamentals of machine learning and practical and ethical issues related to using machine learning to support a variety of social situations.

csc496 Teaching Assistant-ship
Up to 3 credits in csc496 can be counted towards electives in CS/IT majors/minors but you need to request a deviation from requirements.
